the breakfast had lactose free options which was a nice surprise. the pool area lacked shade.

The staff we met was competent.

Nice hotel with an excellent service, spent my time lovely here. The location was marvellous, at walking distance from Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The property was near an oceanarium and coffee store.

Works well with public transport to the city and the beach. Breakfast was a highlight, with a magnificent selection. The loud noises from neighboring rooms detracted from the overall peace I expected .

Well-maintained hotel, exceptionally clean, delightful breakfast, favourable location near major tourist attractions. Selection of pizza, ice cream, and finger food at the downstairs bar...

I absolutely loved the pool area—it was such a refreshing escape after a day of exploring! The breakfast had a delicious spread, but I wish the lift worked better. 😊

All in all a nice stay, the venue met needs. Ideal and gorgeous hotel, courteous staff, enjoyed the magnificent location close to the outskirts of the town centre and the sea shore and the park. The room with balcony to sit on in the evening. Great service was provided here. There also was secure parking and well-maintained pool.

On the bright side, the breakfast selection was really excellent!

Besides, the location was good and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a shopping mall. Plus it was minutes from restaurants and bars.

We had a super time in Valencia.Had breakfast on last morning - 7Euro - very good indeed. Bus 6 and 35 to Centre - only 1.20 euror just across road from Hotel. Last bus back from town about 10-30 so beware. Can be walked easily though.

We travelled from Alicanti by car - found te hotel easily - did not use car during trip - found busses and walking much easier.

The medium had a awesome breakfast with a choice of english, continental, and even local spanish options. Our family room was clean, new, and our daughter loved the sofa bed already made upon arrival. Plus, it was conveniently located near the oceanographic and a bit of a walk to the beach.

Excellent value for money, quite a good hotel within a short walk from the Ciudad de les Artes y las Ciencias - so, if the Valencia's famous oceanographic park is your priority you will find this location really cool. It's also a short taxi or bus (no 35) ride from the medieval town centre, and not too bad if you think about the Valencia's Malvarossa beach. The hotel itself is clean, quite comfortable, with well working air con.

We were travelling with young kids, and found out that the children's bed, which was actually a sofa-bed, has some sharp finishings that can be a bit dangerous. We had to cover them with pillows.

The rooms are not well isolated, we can listen the noise of other rooms.It was expensive and to have access to the security box, where to put precious stuff, you have to pay additional 3.50 Eur. It was the first time I had this request in a 4 stars hotel. The gym center is poor and the swimming pool close very early.
